We us US post office for all shipping. Ships 2/3 day with US priority mail and overnight with express US, which might be or might not be overnight. $10 priority mail, $30 express. $20 priority mail to Canada 4/5 day. Delivery conformation with every order, no tracking with US post office unless express.

Return policy:

Any item can be returned within 10 days if not used or damaged with a full refund, minus true cost of shipping "which might be higher than actual cost charged" . A service charge of 3% will be deducted from any returned items charged on a credit card or paypal.com
