Am-Wing with Adams Inline announce their new specialty wheel for the US market, TARMAC T2. This hot combination of ideal compounds and wider wheel profile produce a wheel perfect for the Tarmac (asphalt) and heavier US skaters. Most roads/trails are asphalt. Now we’ve have a wheel tailored to the asphalt surface, to give you maximum speed and plenty of grip. By using the superb quality of the AM-Wing wheel and enhancing the durameter/profile combination to match the larger US skater, we add speed to an already fast wheel.

Wheel color: white.

All AM-wing 24mm wheels have a U profile.
Tarmac T2’s have a V profile with a fatter width. Tarmac’s  can handle more weight and still have a sharp edge.

Race Tip: The 22mm are thinner and perfect for skaters liking a sharper edge on their wheels. This sharper edge gives greater curving during your stride. the 24mm are better for skaters liking a longer transition from one edge to another. Most ice speed skaters love the 22mm width do to its thin profile and easy of carving the edge. A more heavier skater 150-250 lb will tend to like the 24mm more. If you are under 150lb, you may like the 24mm if you like a slow carve. And if you weigh over 160lb, you may like the 22mm if you like a sharp carve. Either way, the 22mm would be better on race day, and the 24mm better to train on.
