Palm Sliders info: These palm sliders come with a removable plastic skid pad so you can wash them. Made of very tough nylon, will not rip. The thumb section is made from a cloth like material perfect to wipe sweat off you face during long skates.

How to use: These Will NOT protect your wrist from breaks. They are designed to allow the skater to slide on their hands during a fall. Palm sliders are accepted at local races as wrist guards. Even though they are not.
